Bypass the law

When submitting developments (with HG Submit), you sometimes want to skip the emission of certain error messages (by convention, C errors) for a **good reason**.

It is possible to make the errors be degraded to simple warnings.

To do this, we write in the ~/.hrcfile, in the [aster] section:

 check.submit = warn

It will then be necessary to explain to the integrator the *good reason* that justifies this circumvention.
